2.3 Blacklist Data

Luna Bot participates in the Eclipse Engine shared blacklist system. This includes:

• Server IDs identified as problematic across the Eclipse Engine ecosystem
• Timestamps and reasons for blacklist entries
• This data is shared across all Eclipse Engine bots for consistent protection

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Bot Functionality: To provide core moderation and utility features
• Moderation Tools: To track warnings, infractions, and enforce server rules
• Server Management: To configure and customize bot behavior per server

All data is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Firestore with the following measures:

• Active Server Data: Retained while the bot is in the server
• Moderation Logs: Retained for 90 days or until manual deletion
• Blacklist Entries: Retained indefinitely for security purposes
• Configuration Data: Automatically deleted when the bot leaves a server

5.1 Within Eclipse Engine Ecosystem

Certain data is shared across Eclipse Engine bots:

• Blacklist information for consistent server protection
