1. Description of Service

Axiom Bot is a Discord bot providing webhook management features including but not limited to:

• Webhook creation and configuration
• Message sending through webhooks
• Webhook editing and deletion
• Bulk webhook operations
• Webhook information retrieval
• Webhook token management

Axiom Bot is part of the Eclipse Engine bot ecosystem and shares certain security features with other Eclipse Engine bots.

2. Eligibility and Requirements

2.1 Discord Terms

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Axiom Bot.

2.2 Server Permissions

To use Axiom Bot, you must:

• Have appropriate permissions in your Discord server (Administrator or Manage Server)
• Grant the bot necessary permissions to function properly
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your country)
• Have legal authority to bind your server to these terms

2.3 Required Bot Permissions

Axiom Bot requires specific Discord permissions to function. Restricting these permissions may limit functionality.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Axiom Bot for legitimate server management and enhancement purposes in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service.

3.2 Prohibited Uses

In addition to general prohibited uses, you may NOT use Axiom Bot to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam, raid, or disrupt other Discord servers
• Distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse engineer the bot
• Circumvent rate limits or bot restrictions
• Share or distribute bot tokens or access credentials
• Create webhooks for spam or malicious purposes
• Use webhooks to impersonate Discord officials or staff
• Share webhook tokens with unauthorized parties
• Use webhooks to bypass server moderation
• Create excessive webhooks to consume server resources
• Use webhooks for phishing or social engineering

4. Blacklist System

4.1 Purpose

Axiom Bot participates in the Eclipse Engine shared blacklist system to protect communities from servers that:

• Engage in raids or coordinated harassment
• Host illegal or harmful content
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service
• Are identified as security threats

4.2 Blacklist Actions

If your server is blacklisted:

• Axiom Bot will automatically leave your server
• You will be unable to re-invite the bot
• The blacklist is shared across all Eclipse Engine bots
• Blacklist entries include reasons and timestamps

4.3 Appeals Process

If you believe your server was blacklisted in error, you may appeal through our support server with evidence of corrective action taken.

5. Service Availability and Modifications

5.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Specific uptime percentages
• Compatibility with all Discord servers or configurations
• Immediate bug fixes or feature additions

5.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time
• Update the bot's functionality and commands
• Change these Terms of Service with notice
• Implement new features or remove existing ones

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Axiom Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Axiom Bot, you consent to our data collection and usage practices.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

Axiom Bot, including its code, features, design, and branding, is owned by the Eclipse Engine project. All rights reserved.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Axiom Bot for its intended purposes.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

8.1 No Warranty

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for data loss, server issues, or bot errors
• We are not liable for actions taken using the bot
• Our total liability shall not exceed $0

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom Bot, Eclipse Engine, and its operators from any claims arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the bot
• Your violation of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of Discord's Terms or any applicable laws

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use at any time by removing the bot from your server.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms or Discord's policies.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
